A non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.


We sell high-quality hair extensions that can be purchased from us on site at our salon or online via our website:


If you choose to bring your own hair, it must be 2 packs of 100% human hair.


We cannot recommend nor guarantee hair extensions that were not purchased from us.


Service pricing does NOT include extensions. Extensions are sold separately. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings in regards to pricing.


Hair extensions purchased from us must be paid for BEFORE the installation process begins.


Extensions that tangle and/or matte excessively will be subject to additional fees.


We strive to provide quality services at affordable prices. Therefore, we have an ala cart pricing menu.  Keep in mind that prices are determined by a few key factors: The level of difficulty and/or skill required for a particular service, the amount of time required for the installation, the condition of your natural hair and the type of hairstyle desired.


Hair washing, long, thick, natural, silky, short, matted or tangled hair, using more than 2 bundles of hair or re-using cut-up wefts all incur additional charges. Please be sure you understand the pricing before being serviced. Ask questions, if necessary. We are not responsible for misunderstandings in regards to pricing once you have been serviced.


If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your stylist so that we may resolve any matters BEFORE you leave the salon. There are no refunds or exchanges. We will try to work with you and correct of any mishaps on our behalf within 48 hours.


Prices are subject to change.


You are not required to come with your hair pre-shampooed, and we do recommend having your hair shampooed by one of our professional stylists. If you do decided to shampoo your hair yourself, it must be  free of dirt, oil, dandruff and blown dry. At the stylist’s discretion, we might advise you to have your hair shampooed at our salon (for an additional charge), if it does not meet our standards of cleanliness.


You must maintain your hair in order to get the longest wear out of it. Our Weave Maintenance is recommended within 3-4 weeks to extend the life of your install.


Please inform your stylist if you are experiencing any tightness or discomfort during the braiding or installation process. We are not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions, sores or loss of hair due to too tight braids or stitching.


Sew St. Louis is not responsible for hair loss due to extension removal outside of our salon. We recommend that you have this done professionally by one of our stylists.


You are allowed to sign in and leave the shop, but you will need to return by the time your name is called or you will lose your place in line.


We will try our best to grant your request for a particular stylist. However, due to schedule changes and high-volume on certain days, we cannot guarantee it.


For hair extension coloring services, we require payment  upfront and a 14-day advanced notice.


Children are not allowed inside of the salon.


Sew St. Louis accepts cash and credit/debit cards as forms of payment. We do not accept American Express or Discover cards. We do not accept checks.


For security reasons, we may ask that you pre-pay for your services.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Profanity or Inappropriate language/behavior is prohibited.

A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 deposit is required to book an appointment. 

Cancellations made in less than 48 hours of appointment time will result in forfeiture of deposit.

No-shows and cancellations made in less than 24 hours of appointment time, will result in forfeiture of deposit and a $100-$125 rebooking fee could possibly apply.


A non-refundable $20 late fee will be charged to clients who are late for their appointment or your appointment may even be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
