SALON POLICY

 

Sew St. Louis is an express salon and our goal is to offer quick and quality professional services in a professional and welcoming salon environment.

We are appointment only and are currently not accepting walk-ins.

 

We carry high-quality 100% human hair extensions that can be purchased from us on site at our salon locations. If you choose to bring your own, it must be 2 packs of 100% human hair.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform your stylist so that we may resolve any matters before you leave the salon. Due to our discounted prices, there are no refunds. But, we will happily try to work with you within 48 hours. 

 

Prices are subject to change.

 

You are not required to come with your hair pre-shampooed, and we do recommend having your hair shampooed by one of our professional stylists (at an additional charge). If you do decided to shampoo your hair yourself, it must be  free of dirt and oil and blown dry. At the stylist’s discretion, we might advise you to have your hair shampooed at our salon (for an additional charge), if it does not meet our standards of cleanliness.

 

Hair washing, long, thick, natural, silky and short hair, using more than two packs of hair or re-using cut up hair all incur additional charges. Please be sure you understand the pricing before being serviced. We are not responsible for misunderstandings in regards to pricing once you have been serviced. No refunds will be provided.

 

A refundable $25 deposit is required if you are braided and want to leave the salon.

 

You must maintain your hair in order to get the longest wear out of it. Our Weave Maintenance is recommended within  weeks to extend the life of your sew-in. 

 

Please inform your stylist if you are experiencing any discomfort from the braiding or weaving process. Sew St. Louis is not responsible for sensitive scalp, tenderness, abrasions, sores or hair loss due to the installation process.

 

Sew St. Louis is not responsible for hair loss due to weave removal outside of our salon. We recommend that you have this done professionally by one of our stylists.

 

You are allowed to sign in and leave the shop, but you will need to return by the time your name is called. Otherwise you will lose your place in line.

 

We will try our best to grant your request for a particular stylist. However, due to schedule changes and high-volume on certain days, we cannot guarantee it.

 

No children are allowed in the salon for any reason.

A non-refundable deposit is required for booking appointments. 

 

Sew St. Louis accepts cash and credit/debit cards as forms of payment. No checks.

 

For security reasons, we may ask for you to pre-pay for your service.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

Profanity or Inappropriate language/behavior is prohibited.

 

Sew St. Louis reserves the right not to serve you.

 

A non-refundable late fee will be assessed for clients who are late for their appointment or your appointment may even be canceled.
